: course programme
The course should attend negotiators who want to increase their skill levels in English negotiation, people in the middle need to negotiate with their higher ups and their subordinates as well as negotiators who simply want to practice their English. We will train and practice the techniques to express and defend your points. The emphasis is on negotiations with suppliers, clients, foreign partners, sister companies and foreign owners.

- Help negotiators clarify their own motivations and objectives when preparing for a negotiation session
- Determine alternatives before the negotiating begins
- Use of voice and other non-verbal communication during negotiations
- Practice new techniques in hands-on, practice scenarious
- Practice new or old negotiating skills in English
- Plan a questioning strategy for each medium (face-to-face, email, telephone, skype)
- Preparing for a planned negotiation
- Managing an unplanned negotiation
- Learning to choose different strategies for various negotiation scenarious
- Learning to say "no" in a positive, sel-confident manner
- Using the power of effective questioning to overcome barriers and reduce conflict
